Our history
Created in 2001 and lead by its shareholding founder, Ziad Minkara, CDS Groupe built itself around the universe of hotel and travel business, by embracing all its complexities and rapid evolutions, by bringing the service awaited by the market, and by meeting at 360° the needs of his company clients and TMCs: a reservation platform with a complete accommodation solution offer, an accompaniment, pertinent content, payment and reporting solutions, as well as custom-made developments.
Its unique position allows CDS Groupe to meet the needs of all sectors of activity and company sizes that favour the control of their budget and hotel expenses.
In 2022, CDS Groupe acquired Goelett, an online booking tool designed for TMCs.
This acquisition strengthened CDS Groupe’s position as the French leader in hotel and business travel technology integration.
In 2023, CDS Groupe entered the German market with the acquisition of CRC (Corporate Rates Club) to meet the market demand for business accommodation solutions and services.
In 2024, CDS Groupe further consolidated its position in Europe with the acquisition of SIAP, Italy’s leading ERP provider for TMCs. This strategic move strengthens the Group’s growth strategy and bolsters its leadership in Europe, now covering France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Croatia, and Romania.
